Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. In the case of an order for several goods that are delivered separately, the period begins with the receipt of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by e-mail:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the costs of the cheapest standard delivery offered by us. Additional costs arising from your choice of a different type of delivery will not be refunded.

The refund will be made immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your withdrawal declaration. For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal. Please contact us before returning the goods so that we can inform you of the correct return address and further steps.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods if you withdraw from the contract without a defect being present.

If the goods are damaged, defective or delivered incorrectly, we will bear the necessary return costs. In this case, please first send us an e-mail with your order number and meaningful photos.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking their nature, properties and functionality.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to goods made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs. For sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, the right of withdrawal may expire if the seal has been removed after delivery.
